Case 2015
Dr. Kim discusses this case. 31 year old female. 5′ 2″ 120lbs. This patient had a tubular breast deformity on the right side and larger breast on the left. We performed a mastopexy augmentation procedure. We also reduced the left breast to be the same size as the right and put asymmetrical breast profile implants in to get them to match as best as possible. Patient is very pleased with her results.

Case 2501
Dr. Kim discusses this case – This patient presented to my office with the desire to have larger breasts and have more upper pole fullness. On examination the patient had lost the upper pole fullness in both breasts as well as the nipple areolar complex was at a much lower position than normal. She was a good candidate for a mastopexy with augmentation. The mastopexy procedure was done using the standard mastopexy incision and 350cc smooth round moderate plus saline implants were placed. Fill volume was 400cc bilaterally.
